Final 3DSPEC project meeting

3DSPEC consortium met in KOMAG on 04 June 2019. It was the last meeting of the project partners.

Project partners discussed current situation of the project, activities carried out up to date and to be carried out in the future.

The Steering Committee and the Quality Committee met as well.
